Booking not requiredWhether you’re completely new or a seasoned pro, you can enjoy some time on the range at Mid Norfolk with your air gun. It is a fantastic, relaxing and fun sport for all the family. Air gun shooters are welcome to shoot at the Ground whenever the shop is open (see opening times below) and you do not need to book to come and shoot air guns.
- All levels of shooter welcome
- Gun hire: You can hire a gun for your visit for £15. This includes a full safety brief.
- Advice available
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
- Group shoots can be arranged

Getting Started With Air Guns Workshop
Date: Saturday 20th July 2024, 10am-2.30pm
Interested in air gun shooting but not sure how to get into the sport?
Fancy giving it a go but would love some guidance first?
Join us for a fun and interactive workshop here at Mid Norfolk Shooting Ground, where you will learn the ropes with an experienced instructor.
Understand what you need to know when it comes to:
- Knowing your way around an airgun
- What and how to shoot
- Understand the different types of targets
- Safety shooting and using an airgun
- How to maintain and clean your airgun
- …and more…
Get hands-on with the guns and while away some time shooting on the range in a beautiful setting.
Once we’re done you can relax with a cuppa in the clubhouse.
> Cost: £30 per person (under 18s £15)
> Time: 10.30am-2.30pm
> Suitable for ages 10 and up (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
Pre-booking essential and, as there are only limited places available, we highly recommend booking early for this workshop.
