We’re having a ladies day: Join us for a delicious lunch, network with other women and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the morning.
If you’re looking for some extra fun on the day then why not join in with our ‘Have a Go’ clay shooting sessions?
Whether you just want to come for lunch, you’ve never picked up a gun before and fancy giving it a try or you’re a seasoned pro, all ladies are welcome to join us for a fabulous, fun day.
General mingling, chatting and shooting will be between 10am and 12pm and lunch will be served at around 12pm in the Clubhouse. You’re welcome to stay as long as you wish before we close at 4pm.

We have limited number of spaces available and it’s easy to book. Simply book your tickets using the ticket links above, call us on 01603 860436 or pop in the shop during open hours; Tuesday to Saturday 10am-4pm and Wed/Thurs 10am-8pm to reserve your place and confirm which option you would like to choose and if you have any dietary requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
First things first, what are we eating?
When you arrive you can help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee. After your shooting head back to the Clubhouse and enjoy a glass of your choice of sparkle: alcoholic or soft and lunch will be a buffet of delicious salads, wraps, sliced meats and other nibbly bits. If you’ve got space left dig in to some tasty cakes. If you have any dietary requirements, please make them known when you book.
I don’t want to shoot, can I still come?
Absolutely! This is a great fun day for women to get together to meet, talk and network. To have a great lunch and to do whatever they feel comfortable doing. If you want to stay in the Clubhouse and chat while others are shooting that is totally OK. Equally, if you get here and decide you’d like to go and watch you’re also most welcome to do that too.
What if I love it and want to shoot a few more clays?
No problem! If you want an another go at the 20 targets you can upgrade on the day for just £20. (This is not a pre-bookable option and is based on number of shooters and time available on the day).
I’ve shot before but I want to join in with the other ladies on the 20 targets, is that OK?
Yes definitely. Simply book the ‘have a go’ package and come along and enjoy the day!
Is there parking?
We have got more parking spaces than you can shake a stick at with easy access to the Clubhouse.
Can my husband/partner come too?
A few of the ladies are coming with their husbands as the shooting ground is open for shooting for all between 10am and 2pm. It will be predominantly women attending the event though.
Getting around the site / disabled access?
We have disabled access and toilet. If required we are able to drive those with walking difficulties around the ground so you can still join in with the activities.
